Health N Wellness Services, LLC mission is to optimize and integrate Community Health Care in our school-based health centers in order to service k through high school students by providing medical, dental, optical, mental health care, and nutrition and wellness. We recognize and celebrate cultural diversity and customize and tailor our programs to meet the needs of our families by providing community outreach and health related educational workshops for both students and families. We believe education plus health care is the key to brighter futures and attainable successes.
The Board of Education Comprehensive School-Based Health Centers are Pediatric Health Clinics providing children access to quality care inside their school.
At our Full-Service Community School Health Centers, our clinic provides the following services:

Pediatric Doctor/ NP (Nurse Practitioner) scheduled appointments for sick, well-care, and preventative services

Vision Care Both screening, exam, and eyeglasses

Nutrition Education and Parents/Guardian workshops

Behavioral Health Counseling and Social Work Support for students and families

Audiology Screenings
