Meet The Team
Jesus Plata
Operational Manager
I'm Jesus Plata, and I’ve spent over a decade dedicated to improving health and wellness through preventive care and nutrition. My journey began with a passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives, which led me to earn a Master’s in Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University. In my free time, I’m an avid powerlifter and mixed martial artist, passions that fuel my commitment to staying active and healthy. I also love youth coaching and being active with my family, especially my two sons, who inspire me every day to create a healthier future for the next generation. I’m excited to serve and be part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community. Together, we can empower others with the knowledge and support they need to achieve their wellness goals and lead healthier lives.
