Students learned the effects of unhealthy snacking and how to REPLACE unhealthy snacks with healthy eating at a Ninja Creamy Nutrition Workshop on Dec. 9. A slide presentation stressed the importance of replacing some unhealthy snacks, rather than cutting them all out. Students at Dr. Frank Napier, Jr. School of Science and Technology #4 were encouraged to drink more water at a “Rethink Your Drink!” event on Nov. 18. Students were taught the importance of hydration and instructed in ways of keeping hydrated, not just by drinking water.
