Students at Napier Get Moving!

Students at Rev. Dr. Frank Napier, Jr. School of Science and Technology # 4 participated in a yoga session taught by the wonderful yoga instructor Ms. Joanna Hanrahan! They learned the importance of “belly” breathing and meditation to help them calm down, to ground, and to simply take a moment to themselves.
Students engaged in a flow style yoga session, where they learned various yoga poses to strengthen their core, practice balance, and overall stretch their bodies!
As a healthy tip, students were reminded that healthy eating habits work best when paired with physical movement.
