Health Educator Angie Tamayo Leon discussed hygiene and puberty with 6th, 7th, and 8th graders at The New Roberto Clemente School on May 27.
Mrs. Leon is the Teen LINKS Coordinator at Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan New Jersey in Newark. Students joined the discussion during their lunch periods.
This allows treatment plans to be developed with greater accuracy and relevance. Patients are encouraged to actively participate in their Irina Levy PMHNP care, which helps them feel empowered throughout the treatment process.
