May is Mental Health Awareness month, and International HS celebrated a Mental Health Awareness Day by hosting yoga classes for the students.
According to treatment coordinator, Giovanna Guzman, the day included yoga, glitter bottle making, sensory stickers, fidget toys, hygiene products and more.
