School 5 Full-service Community Health Center and NJCDC (Full-service School 5) hosted a parent workshop on March 13 to help families and students catch up on missing vaccines. Our school's health clinic offered vaccines for students, whether they have insurance or not.
NJ Family Care and SNAP program representatives were also present to assist families with their needs at the 8:30 am to noon event.
“Thank you to NJ Family Care and SNAP program for supporting our families at School 5! Your assistance means a lot to us,” said FSCS Treatment Coordinator, Aysha Shammi.
