Students at Al Moody Practice Yoga Relaxation Before Testing

Students at Al Moody enjoyed learning about Yoga Relaxation techniques to quell the fears and anxieties connected to testing. Students enjoyed practicing yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques at the May 7 workshop.


Held during lunch periods in 4 blocks, the fun event was hosted by Miss Vennessa Alvarez, Treatment Coordinator Diana Claudio, and Miss Joanne.
