We at FSCS believe that journaling –writing down one’s daily thoughts– can be beneficial to overall health and well being. Children, tweens, teens, and adults can all draw comfort from such a daily exercise, especially during the trying times in which we live.
Journaling can involve writing down one’s thoughts in a fancy journal, in a plain notebook, or even on a simple piece of scrap paper. Each writing endeavor delivers the power to reduce stress, boost health, sort through emotions, and even make important decisions.
