Students learned the effects of unhealthy snacking and how to REPLACE unhealthy snacks with healthy eating at a Ninja Creamy Nutrition Workshop on Dec. 9. Students at Napier Academy Encouraged to Drink More Water!
Students at Dr. Frank Napier, Jr. School of Science and Technology #4 were encouraged to drink more water at a “Rethink Your Drink!” event on Nov. 18. Students were taught the importance of hydration and instructed in ways of keeping hydrated, not just by drinking water. Students at Rev. Dr. Frank Napier, Jr. School of Science and Technology # 4 participated in a yoga session taught by the wonderful yoga instructor Ms. Joanna Hanrahan! Students at Napier, School 4, Receive Certificates of Healthy Eating!
Students at Rev. Dr. Frank Napier, Jr. School of Science and Technology who participated and completed a 4 week nutrition program were rewarded with a certificate on Nov. 25 to congratulate them on all they had learned! In addition, students were gifted with their own bell pepper plants to take home, take care of, and watch grow.
